Maria Shell IN PERSON Game of Improv workshop April 19-20, 2025!

Improv piecing is a method of creating that involves work, chance, technique, exploration, and tenacity. We are going to explore all of these things within the perimeters of a game. Roll the dice, spin the wheel, pick your category. This workshop is a full exploration of letting go of expectations and embracing the unknown.

Workshop Date and Time : Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20. The workshop is from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day with lunch from 12-1. While restaurants are close by, to help ensure you are ready to get back to class in an hour, you are encouraged to bring your lunch, snacks, and your own drinks. The lobby has a bistro open for breakfast and dinner only. 

Workshop Location: This workshop is IN PERSON with Maria Shell! The workshop will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Ballroom, 610 Wells Rd, Orange Park, FL 32073. We did not reserve a block of discounted hotel rooms; however, if you want to stay at the hotel, you can book rooms directly through the hotel.

Key Dates, Cancellation and Waitlist policies:
February 15, 2025: JAXMQG member registration opens online at 10:00 a.m.
March 1, 2025: JAXMQG nonmember registration opens online.
April 1, 2025: Cancellations made after this date will be refunded ONLY if the spot is filled.

WAITLIST: If the workshop sells out a waitlist will be created for members that request a spot if a paid member cancels.
