Volunteers
- JAXMQG table: Sit at our table and tell people about our guild. You will also sell tickets for the quilt we are raffling off. Note that volunteering at our table does not get you into QuiltFest for free.
- QuiltFest: If you volunteer for a QuiltFest position, you will be able to enter the show free for that day. This document has descriptions of the various jobs. There’s something for everyone! Sign up here.
Quilt Sale Room
- Sell your quilts, quilt tops, or blocks.
- QuiltFest keeps 15% and you get 85% of your sales.
Boutique
- Sell your handmade goods (made with fabric)
- QuiltFest keeps 15% and you get 85% of your sales.
- If you need a special display for your items, bring it with you.
- Items that sold well last year were totes (e.g., By Annie), fall and holiday items, college related items.
- Price your items fairly, but remember that if it’s too high, the items might not sell. As an example By Annie totes last year sold for around $65-$75.

Quilters Walk
- We will collect donations for fill a basket or two.
- Proceeds from the Quilters Walk go back to the sister guilds.
- Look for more information as we get closer to QuiltFest.
Silent Auction
- Please consider donating a handmade item for the 2026 Quiltfest Jax Silent Auction! Bring your donation to the July 19 meeting and no later than the August 16 meeting. If you need a donation item picked up just let Lisa H. know!
- The silent auction is a key Quiltfest tradition with sales averaging $4500 each year as a fund raiser for a local community charity. All items sold are donated by the seven sister guild members! 100% of sales are donated. V for Victory is the 2026 charity : https://www.vforvictory.org/
- Donation ideas include: pin cushion, tote bag, pouch, card case, table runner, rope bowl, fabric bowl/tray, table topper, small wall quilt, pot holder, decorated hand towel, hot pad, mug rug, notebook cover, fabric post card, needle book, small stuffie toy, ornament, tissue case, coasters, key chain, etc.
- All bidding starts at $15 with 100% of sales going to the charity! Your donations are greatly appreciated!
Friends of QuiltFest
- Friends of QuiltFest are “taglines” that cost only $5 and will be included in the 2026 QuiltFest Jax program.
- Money raised enables us to have free parking at the convention center.
