We need to be out of the Ballroom by 4 pm on Sunday, June 8
(Note that June 8 is our guild meeting at 2 pm.)
Everyone will have their own 6’ table for individual sewing with 24 hour per day access in the ballroom. This is a no frills retreat meaning there will not be any games, raffles, door prizes, quilt swaps, etc. This is a time to sew as much as you want on your own projects and socialize with your fellow quilters.
Location: The retreat is being held at the Marriott Courtyard at 610 Wells Road, Orange Park, FL 32073. For meals, the lobby has a Bistro open for breakfast and dinner, numerous restaurant options are nearby, or you can bring your own.
Payment Details: We are now using Zeffy for payments. Click here for a document describes how to use Zeffy. Note that Zeffy earns its money through fees on purchases. You can choose to pay the fee, change the fee to an amount of your choosing, or you can zero it out. Steps 4 and 5 in the linked document show how to do this.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These fees go to Zeffy. If you accidentally pay them, Zeffy’s policy is to not issue a refund of the fees; JAXMQG has no control over them. The guild will NOT refund donations accidentally made to Zeffy.

Cost: The cost is $140 for members and $170 for non-members.

Waitlist policy: If the retreat sells out a WAITLIST will be created if we have request(s) for a spot in case of cancellation. The WAITLIST will be maintained in the order that email requests are received. To be added to the waitlist please send request via email to: JAXMQG@GMAIL.COM. Cancellation policy: Cancellations by April 24 will be given full refund. Starting April 25, refunds will be issued only if the spot is filled. We do not have a cut off date for filling cancellations. Someone may join the retreat with very little notice if there’s a last minute cancellation.
Lodging: Please note that overnight stay is optional. The room discount code is MODS and number of rooms are limited. Hotel rooms at the discounted rate of $119/night are first come first serve.
