For many in our group, this quilt retreat is the can’t-miss moment of the year. It’s where creativity takes center stage and the joy of quilting is shared from morning to night. Surrounded by modern inspiration and a supportive community, you’ll leave refreshed, motivated, and already counting the days until the next retreat.
Dates: August 6-9, 2026
Cost: $245. Full payment or 50% deposit due with registration. If paying a deposit, the balance is due July 1st.
Last day to cancel with guaranteed refund: July 22
Capacity: 36 members. Note that this retreat is for members only.
Meals provided: Dinner Thursday through lunch Sunday
Location: Marywood Retreat Center
Lodging: Book directly with Marywood if you want to stay on site. This is optional and an additional cost.

Payment Details: We are using Zeffy for payments. Click here for a document describes how to use Zeffy. Note that Zeffy earns its money through fees on purchases. You can choose to pay the fee, change the fee to an amount of your choosing, or you can zero it out. Steps 4 and 5 in the linked document show how to do this.
IMPORTANT NOTE: These fees go to Zeffy. If you accidentally pay them, Zeffy’s policy is to not issue a refund of the fees; JAXMQG has no control over them. The guild will NOT refund donations accidentally made to Zeffy.
