Hello JAXMQG members! We are teaming up with Central Florida MQG to bring you this fun class from Norway! Daisy Aschehoug is an American expat and will teach us her way of mixing up improv with precise curve piecing to create unique quilt compositions.
When: Saturday June 25th from 9-3.
Where: The class is taught virtually via Zoom. Please note, that due to Daisy’s recommendation of having a large working surface, we will not be meeting at church for this workshop, but rather participants will Zoom from their own spaces.
Cost: $25 for JAXMQG members. (plus $2 PayPal fee charge).

SUPPLY NOTE: Daisy will provide paper templates needed to complete the pattern to all class participants and no template purchase is required. She does, however, sell acrylic templates for the class if you prefer them to paper templates. The price of an individual set with shipping from Norway is about $100. However, she offers a discounted rate for groups ordering 10 plus sets shipped to same location. If ten or more people are interested in getting the acrylic templates, the price for one set comes down to about $55. If you sign up for the class, please let Candi know if you would like to get the acrylic template and we can see if we have enough people interested to get the discounted rate.
