IMPORTANT UPDATE: On 8/29/24 an email was sent to all JAXMQG members regarding date revision for the FALL NO FRILL retreat. The revised dates are : Thursday, NOVEMBER 7th thru Sunday, NOVEMBER 10th. Please read the email for details if you need to make changes due to the retreat date change.
Registration for the JAXMQG FALL NO FRILLS 2024 retreat is now open to ACTIVE MEMBERS for $140 and NON MEMBERS for $170 (includes PayPal fees)! See below for details and payment details.

To keep costs down, this retreat will not include catered food, so you are on your own for meals. There is a Bistro in the lobby open from breakfast and dinner, or there are numerous restaurant options nearby. There will not be any games, raffles, door prizes, quilt swaps, etc. No frills means no frills! Everyone will have their own 6’ table for individual sewing with 24 hour per day access in the newly remodeled ballroom. The retreat is being held at the Marriott Courtyard / 610 Wells Road, Orange Park, FL 32073.

Waitlist policy: If the retreat sells out a WAITLIST will be created if we have request(s) for a spot in case of cancellation. The WAITLIST will be maintained in the order that email requests are received. To be added to the waitlist please send request via email to: JAXMQG@GMAIL.COM. Cancellation policy: Cancellations by October 12 2024 will be given full refund. Starting October 13, 2024 refunds will be issued only if spot filled. We do not have a cut off date for filling cancellations. Someone may be OK joining the retreat with very little notice if there’s a last minute cancellation.
Lodging: Please note that overnight stay is optional. The room discount code is MOD and number of rooms are limited. Hotel rooms at the discounted rate of $129/night are first come first serve.
