Once completed, please scan and email them back to us at jaxmqg@gmail.com, or bring them to our September 30th guild meeting. If the retreat is not full before the October 21 meeting, we will also accept forms and payment then.
We have two options; full three day retreat or one day only.
Non members may register and the registration fee includes guild membership. (HaHa, We’re pretty sneaky that way!!) We accept cash, check, credit card at the meeting and PayPal right here from the blog.
